Dr. Alexandru Floares

Alexandru Floares, MD, PhD, founder of Solutions of Artificial Intelligence Applications is a leader in AI-powered medical diagnostics and therapy personalization. Since founding the AI Department at the Oncology Institute of Cluj-Napoca in 2000 and launching SAIA in 2004, he has set new industry standards, particularly in oncology. His work includes developing the first intelligent system for extracting mathematical models from biomedical data and leading significant research projects. Dr. Floares has led major research initiatives and collaborations, including with the MD Anderson Cancer Center. His work has resulted in internationally recognized diagnostic systems with near-perfect accuracy, setting new industry benchmarks and earning invitations to present at institutions like NIH and the Vatican.
